Astronomy on Space Stations Before the talks start, the ISS will pass north of the crescent Moon at 7.21pm. Although the Sun will not have set, if you bring a pair of binoculars, you should spot it as the ISS will be nearly as bright as Venus. Tonight, we’ll be looking at life on space stations as well as astronomical and other observations made from them. Cambridge AstroPlus welcomes any of our members over the age of 11 to attend. This will be held in person at the Institute of Astronomy - doors open 7pm.
