Star Clusters


When stars are born they develop from large clouds of gas and dust. This means that they form in groups or clusters of young stars, but what happens to star clusters as they get older? When you sweep the Milky Way with a pair of binoculars you will see many of the smaller star clusters, The bigger clusters like the Pleiades, Hyades and the Beehive can be seen the naked eye.


Play the game.

As part of the presentation Brian will be playing all CYA members at once.

To play, just print off the game. You'll need need one dice and 3 counters


Build a Model...

As part of the presentation Brian will be demonstrating how to make the model.

Print the model onto double weight paper 160gm (if possible), all you will need is scissors and glue.
